What is Dunamis Studios?

Dunamis Studios is a software studio. We do three things:

1. Build Services. Custom application development for agencies (white-label) and end businesses (direct), outside the HubSpot ecosystem. Paid discovery, fixed-price tiers, hosting on your infrastructure, full handover documentation, and 30 days of post-launch bug-fix support. See Build Services.
2. HubSpot Custom Development. Our specialty practice for HubSpot UI extensions, marketplace apps, API integrations, data pipelines, AI workflows, and portal recovery. For teams whose needs don't fit a one-size-fits-all app. See HubSpot Custom Development.
3. HubSpot marketplace products. A small catalog of apps we publish ourselves on the HubSpot marketplace. Today: Debrief (handoff intelligence) and Property Pulse (property change history). More in development.

The Dunamis Studios account#

A Dunamis Studios account is the identity layer for our HubSpot marketplace products. It does not apply to Build Services or HubSpot Custom Development engagements, which are scoped and billed directly.

For HubSpot products:

• You sign up once at dunamisstudios.net.
• That account holds entitlements for every HubSpot portal where you install our apps.
• If you run Debrief on three portals and Property Pulse on two, that is five entitlements on one account.
• Billing is per-portal-per-product (see Per-portal pricing, and why).

Sign in once, and the dashboard shows every portal's subscription status, credit balance, and billing history in one place.

What we don't do#

• We do not aggregate CRM data across customers. Every portal's data is processed in isolation. Nothing crosses between customers.
• We do not train models on customer data. The AI in Debrief uses your portal's context to generate one brief, and that context is not retained for training.
• We do not sell your data. Subscription revenue is the whole business model.
